Tempo Front Squat to parallel
Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete the following:
5 x 5 @ moderate with a 2 second descent
*Athletes that did not squat last week they should aim for ~65%. Those that squatted last week
should make around a 5-10# jump on weight. All sets should be completed at
the same weight.

200 meter run
6 Alternating DB snatches @ heavy
* Reps on wallballs will increase by 5 each round.
