AMRAP 13: TTB, Push-ups and Slam Balls.

Power Clean Complex

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes athletes will complete the following complex:

1 clean deadlift + 2 power cleans (bar returns to the floor after each rep).

*Athletes should start the EMOM at a moderate weight and climb from there. No misses!


13 minute partner AMRAP
*partners will alternate total rounds

10 Toes to bar or Knees to elbow
10 2 second pause HR push ups
10 Slam balls (50/30)
