Back Squat

Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete the following: 

14 minutes to complete 3 x 8 @ 60% of their 1RM

WOD

4 minute AMRAP x 3 rounds:

9 Deadlifts (225/155)
10 Burpees
11 Wall balls (20/14)

- Rest 1 minute between rounds -

*Athletes will not begin each round starting with the deadlifts. They will
simply continue wherever they left off from the previous round.
