3RFT: Power Cleans, Running and Pull-Ups

Skill: Toes to bar

Athletes will work with their coaches for 15 minutes on toes to bar, working on specific aspects of the movement based on their ability level.

3 Rounds for time:

6 Power cleans (185/135)
400 meter run
12 Pull ups**

**Athletes may complete 6 bar muscle ups instead of pull ups if their coach
agrees. However their workout will be completed in inverse order.
