Athletes will work for 12 minutes to build to a moderate 3RM.

2 x 3 @ 80%

*Athletes should focus on controlling the eccentric portion of the lift and
staying in proper position for all 4 reps!


10 Rounds for time:

*Athletes will alternate rounds until each athlete has completed 5 total

10 DB shoulder to overhead @ moderate
10 Box jump overs (24/20”)

16 minute time cap!!
