Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete the following:
3 x 8 @ 65% of their 1RM.
*If athletes do not know their 1RM they can base their loading off of
feel (Think 6 or 7 on a scale of 1 to 10)!
Every minute on the minute, for 8 minutes alternate between:
5 Front squats
6 Push jerks
7 Power cleans
All reps should be completed at (75/55)
* Athletes may increase the weight of the complex to (95/65) if their coach
