Snatch Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to build to a heavy single in today’s snatch
complex:

1 Snatch deadlift + 1 Snatch.

*If athletes reach their heavy single before the 12 minutes are up, they should drop to 80% and complete down sets.

WOD

5 Rounds for time:

11 Deadlifts (185/135)
200 meter run
7 Strict HSPU
200 meter run

* Athletes may increase the weight of the deadlift to (225/155) ONLY if their coach agrees

*18 minute time cap!!
