For Time: Thrusters, Box Jumps and Slam Balls

Front squat

Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete the following:

5 x 3 @ 75% of their 1RM.

*If athletes do not know their 1RM they can base their loading off of feel, (think 7 or 8 on a scale of 1 to 10)!


For time:

35 Thrusters (65/45)
35 Box jumps 24/20"
35 Slam balls (50/30)

*If athletes have completed Fran before at the RX weights, they should increase the weight of the thruster to (95/65).

11 minute time cap!
