Athletes will have 12 minutes to build to a heavy single in today’s clean complex:

1 Clean deadlift + 1 clean.

*If athletes reach their heavy single before 12 minutes, they should perform down sets at 80%.

24 Wall balls (20/14)
9 Single arm DB Push jerks @ moderate
