Back Squat

Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete the following work: 

3 sets of 8 reps @ 70% of their 1RM.

*If athletes do not know their 1RM they can base their loading off of feel (Think 7 or 8 on a scale of 1 to 10)!

21 Hang power snatches (95/65)
12 Box jump overs 24/20”

12 Box jump overs 24/20”

9 Hang power snatches (95/65)
12 Box jump overs 24/20”

*Athletes may increase the weight of the snatches to (115/85) if their coach agrees

*12 minute time cap!!
