Partner Workout: C&J, TTB and Dubs!


Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following: 

3 to 4 moderate sets of 6 reps.

*The goal should be 3 to 4 sets of 6 with no belts!!


“Partner Workout”

Athletes will alternate complete rounds in a you go, I go fashion for 16
minutes OR until each partner has completed 5 rounds.

5 Rounds For Effort:

3 Clean and jerks @ heavy **
9 Toes to bar
36 Double unders

** Athletes should choose a weight that will be challenging, but doable.
Athletes should think about completing single reps each round to allow for
heavier weights.

16 minute time cap!!
