Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:
3 sets of 8 reps at a moderate weight.
*If athletes completed last weeks 3 x 8, their goal this week should be a slight weight increase (~5#). The focus is a strong mid-line and perfect movement! Don’t go to failure!!

**Athletes will have to choose which option is best for them. We ask that
today you stick to the format of the option you have chosen. Please do not
add “in between weights”. Look at this as an opportunity to test yourself,
but also get a decent idea of what intensity is all about!!
NOTE ABOUT THE FINAL WEIGHTS: If athletes make it to the final weights,
they will complete max cleans at that weight for the remainder of the AMRAP.
