The focus today should be on technique. Keep the weight moderate and aim for crisp, clean reps.
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, alternate between:
EVEN - 5 Push jerks @ heavy**
ODD - 12-15 slam ball squats (50/30)
**Athletes will choose their own weight, aiming for something that is challenging but can be performed unbroken with good technique.
