Athletes will have 14 minutes to find a daily 2RM.

**The focus should be on taking incremental jumps and building to a heavy double based on position!! Belts and shoes are allowed. Take time and focus on being aggressive!!


Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, alternate between the following:

EVEN - 10 toes to bar
ODD - 3 Power cleans @ heavy
