5RFT: Sandbags + Burpees

Back Squat

Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:

3 to 4 moderate sets of 6 reps.

**The focus this week is getting back to position and tempo. Today shouldn’t be about setting PR’s, more so about getting our legs used to a moderate volume.


5 Rounds For Time

:60 Sandbag bear hug hold @ moderate **
12 Burpees

**If athletes drop the bag before the :60 is complete, they must perform 3 burpees before picking up the bag

*10 minute time cap!
