BB Single Leg Deadlift
Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:
3 x 8 per leg @ a light to moderate weight
*If athletes completed these last week, their goal should be a ~5% increase in total weight.
**Athletes will alternate complete rounds for the entire 16 minutes.
