** SNATCH WEIGHT: Athletes should choose a weight that will be challenging but not
impossible. If athletes know their percentages, working weights can be ~80%.
***SANDBAG TO SHOULDER: Athletes should emphasize form with the bag. If they are able
to safely and successfully clean the bag over their shoulder, they should do that!
**** HSPU: If athletes can perform strict HSPU, they should use that standard for today’s
workout. DO NOT USE AN AB-MAT!! USE A flat surface mat to ensure full ROM!!
