EMOM 12: Dubs + TTB + RKBS

Athletes will work for 12 minutes to find a daily 2RM clean. These are not touch and go reps!

*The goal today is to work up to a technical 2RM NOT a lifetime PR. Form and technique are the focus today!

WOD

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, alternate between the following:

Minute 1: :40 Max double unders
Minute 2: 12 Toes to bar
Minute 3: :40 Max Russian KB swings @ moderate **

** This is a grip intensive workout, choose a weight that will allow you to work for :40 with
perfect reps (open hips + KB at shoulder height).
