EMOM 12: Deadlifts + Front Rack Hold + Push Jerks

Front Squat

Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:

3 x 10 @ 50% of their 1RM **

*If athletes are using the RPE scale, work to ~4 out of 10

WOD

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, alternate between the following:

Minute 1: 9 Deadlifts (115/85)**
Minute 2: :40 Front Rack Hold
Minute 3: 9 Push Jerks

** Athletes may increase the weight of the deadlift and push jerk to (145/105) if their coach agrees
