because that will be their starting point for the following AMRAP.


From 0:00 to 3:00

AMRAP:
3 Power cleans @ (95/65)
6 Push-ups
9 Air squats

- REST 3:00 to 4:00 -

From 4:00 to 7:00

AMRAP:
3 Power cleans @ moderate **
6 Push-ups
9 Air squats

- REST 7:00 to 8:00 -

From 8:00 to 11:00

AMRAP:
3 Power cleans @ moderate + **
6 Push-ups
9 Air squats

- REST 11:00 to 12:00 -

From 12:00 to 15:00

AMRAP:
3 Power cleans @ moderate ++ **
6 Push-ups
9 Air squats

- REST 15:00 to 16:00 -

From 16:00 to 19:00

AMRAP:
3 Power cleans @ heavy **
6 Push-ups
9 Air squats

** The goal of today should be increased weights each round. Athletes should be mindful
of their jumps and choose weights that they are capable of completing! Athletes may
follow our recommendation OR make jumps they are comfortable with.
