Snatch Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following snatch complex

2 Snatch Deadlifts + 2 Power Snatches

*The focus of today is MODERATE weights. Athletes should not max out!


Athletes will alternate full rounds for the entire 15 minutes OR until each partner has completed 5 full rounds!!

5 Rounds For Time:

21 Wall balls (20/14)
7 Push jerks @ moderate **

15 minute time cap!!

** Athletes should choose a weight that will allow them to complete 7 push jerk in no more than
2 sets.
