Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:
3 sets of 8 reps at a moderate weight.
*This week we are looking for ~5% increase from the previous week with a 6 or 7 on an RPE scale.

100 ft. Sandbag carry @ moderate
7 Banded tempo strict pull ups
50 ft. Walking lunges
12-minute time cap!!
