AMRAP 10: Sandbags + RKBS + Air Squats

Clean Complex:

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:

2 Clean Deadlifts + 2 Power Cleans

*The focus of today is MODERATE weights. Athletes should not max out!


10-minute AMRAP:

4 Sandbag cleans @ moderate
11 Russian KB swings @ heavy **
15 Air squats

** If the KB is too heavy to put away nicely, it is too heavy to use in the workout :)
