Partner Workout: Deadlifts, Carries and Push-ups

Snatch Complex:

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on today’s snatch complex:

1 Snatch DL + 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Snatch

*The focus of today is MODERATE weights. Athletes should not max out!


Athletes will alternate full 2-minute AMRAPS for 16 minutes. Athletes will always begin each
round starting with the deadlifts.

2-minute AMRAP:

9 Deadlifts (155/115)**
100 ft. Farmer’s carry @ moderate
9 Pause HR push ups

16-minute cap!!

** Athletes may increase the weight of the deadlift as long as their coach agrees
