Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on moderate sets of 10.
*This week we are looking for ~5% increase from the previous week with a 5 or 6 on an RPE scale.

2 minutes max Alternating Assault bike calories **
1-minute max burpees ***

* Partners will alternate every 5 reps. They will alternate arms every round, not reps.
** Partners will alternate every :30 on the assault bike
*** Both partners will complete :60 of burpees
