Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:
3 sets of 10 reps at a moderate weight.
*This week we are looking for ~5% increase from the previous week with a 5 or 6 on an RPE scale.
Every minute on the minute, for 15 minutes alternate between:
MINUTE 1: :40 max effort slam balls (50/30)
MINUTE 2: 12 Box jump overs (24/20)
MINUTE 3: :40 max effort Russian KB swings @ moderate
