Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:

3 x 8 @ 65%

*The emphasis of this cycle is position and speed.  If athletes do not know their percentages they should use an RPE of ~7.

7 Power Snatches (95/65)*
30 Wall balls
14 Power Snatches
30 Wall balls
21 Power Snatches
30 Wall balls 20/14

10 minute time cap!!

** Athletes may increase the weight of the power snatch to 115/85# if their coach agrees!
