AMRAP 20: Max Bench Press

Reminder: the gym will close today (5/18) at 2 p.m. (no open gym or evening classes).



20-minute AMRAP:

Max bench press reps (135/95)**

** Every time athletes have to rack the bar, they must run 400 meters. Athletes must not go to
failure at any point. Break sets based on your skill level. At no point should you need a spot, if
you require a spot from a coach, you must run an 800-meter bonus lap :)
