Every 2 minutes for 16: Running + Wallballs

Back Squat

Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete the following:

3 sets of 8 reps at 70%.

*If athletes do not know their percentages they should use an RPE of ~8.
 

WOD

Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes:

0:00 to 2:00 - 200 meter run
2:00 to 4:00 - 24 Wallballs (20/14)

*Athletes will continue alternating every two minutes between 200-meter runs and wallball sets
for the entire 16 minute workout!!
