Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete successful reps of today’s clean complex:

1 Clean Deadlift + 1 Clean.

*Athletes should focus on completing successful reps at slightly higher weights than last week!

11 Push jerks @ (115/85)
100 meter Farmers carry @ moderate
11 Pull ups**

*10-minute time cap!!

**Athletes who are developing capacity in the pull up should either do banded strict pull
up, or a variation that will allow them to continue to build proper strength and control in
the pull up.
